Last Tuesday on the ultra-splendiferous MX1-MX3-MX7 Empowerment Coaching live webinar, I had the participants repeat these ‘POWER AFFIRMATIONS’ a number of times --- and how empowered these people were!

I highly recommend that you copy & paste these four affirmations into Word documents and then change them as you desire to make them more personalized for you and your circumstances. For example, perhaps you can slant them more towards health and fitness rather than money and prosperity, if you choose.

Last Sunday on the MX1-MX3-MX7 Questions & Answers live webinar, in response to an interesting question on my own health, I mentioned Jack LaLanne. So I thought it would be kind of interesting for our members to read more about him in today’s newsletter.

This coming September, Jack LaLanne will be 96 years young. He is known to many for his infomercials selling the “Power Juicer” on TV home shopping channels. To me, Jack has long been one of my heroes in the health and fitness arena of my life.

Wow… I encourage every one of you reading this to view his website and read about the many incredible feats of strength and endurance he has performed during the past 70 years.

Remembering Elvis

Elvis Aaron Presley Jan 8, 1935 --- Aug 16, 1977















One of my most enduring teenage memories, in the summer of 1977, was seeing the headline of the daily newspaper which read: “The King Is Dead!” Though I wasn’t an avid fan of Elvis, I always thought he was “cool” and I loved the way that people worldwide idolized him for his rock ‘n roll music and for being somewhat “over the top” in his enthusiasm for the glitz and glamor. Perhaps not as flamboyant as Liberace, but extreme nonetheless.

One important lesson we can all learn from his early passing at the age of 42 is to live a well-balanced life. His life was not in balance at all, especially in his latter years, so we can learn from that. In a few months from now, I will be exactly five years older than Elvis on the day he died. Wow… that is way too young of an age to die. So, get your life in physical, mental and spiritual balance and not only live longer but be far more “alive” while you are here.

Love him or loath him or have no opinion, Elvis was the “King of Rock ‘n Roll” and will never be forgotten. Long live the King!
