Starting from this Sunday January 31 at 8PM EST it is my intent to host a live QUESTIONS & ANSWERS webinar for MX7 members and their guests. I tried this as a test run two days ago on Thursday January 28 and it proved to be a big hit with our webinar attendees that day.

I will make this Q&A session a regular weekly event always EVERY SUNDAY 8PM EST until further notice (except for Valentine’s Day which falls on Sunday February 14 so we’ll take a loving break that day).

People ask why we chose the British Virgin Islands (BVI) as our choice of domicile for the incorporation of MillionaireX7. Well, the answer is manifold. I am born in England and a citizen of Great Britain but I have lived in Asia for most of the past 25 years. One thing that I want to point out early in this message is that my knowledge and experience of the online network marketing industry has expanded rapidly these past few months since the initial pre-launch of MX1 last June. As such, this has been a fast learning curve for me and for many of our Charter Members as we seek to create a business model that can last the test of time and be solid and successful ten years from now. Our ultimate global goal is one million happy monthly subscribers by the year 2020 --- a target much like the 4-minute mile barrier; difficult but not impossible --- but my commitment will not waver from this target. However, one step at a time and let's break through the 10,000 happy monthly subscribers first within the next one year, then 100,000 within the next three years.

I am so excited as I sit here typing this email that I can hardly contain myself. My excitement comes as a result of what has transpired these past 6 weeks. During mid November, my business partner and Head of MX1-MX3 Admin (Francis Chaves) set up his own business --- Supreme Wealth Alliance (SWA) --- entirely independent of my MX7 plans. The SWA compensation plan is revolutionary because it is actually 6 pay plans in one business. Now here's the amazing part… with almost no marketing and little pre-launch promotion, SWA managed to attract 1,460 subscribers their first month at US$27 per month subscription fee (Nov 15 to Dec 14). And in the 15 days since month two has started, they now have over 3,000 total paying subscribers with a steady one hundred plus new members per day joining.

Starting on December 1, Francis and I jointly acquired an office in a new high-rise building in downtown Metro Manila so that we can work together every day on the new MX7 business. We have also acquired an additional office from Monday January 4 to accommodate our growing numbers of staff. Since Francis and I have spent every day together from the first day of December, I have watched first-hand as his SWA business has grown by leaps and bounds --- all with little or no promotion because his business model is so enticing. But the all new MX7 is even more so.

Brand New MillionaireX7 (MX7) Online Home Business

So this is what I have done during the past few weeks, with the help of Francis and our MX7 staff:

>>> The MX1 and MX3 businesses have been rolled into ONE new business called MillionaireX7 (MX7). I only ever wanted ONE business but I was somewhat forced by circumstances to launch MX3 last September to cover the hole created by MX1 being placed on hold while the new operating system was developed. ONE business is easier for me to supervise, it is easier for you the members to promote, it is easier for the staff to manage and it will be a stronger, more unified force than two or more separate business entities.

>>> We have taken the best parts of the SWA business model --- the operating system, for example --- and we have modified or eliminated the worst parts to make MX7 so compelling.

>>> MX7 has a modified version of the 2x2 matrix business of MX1 incorporated within its pay plans.

>>> MX7 has a modified version of the 3x10 matrix business of MX3 incorporated within its pay plans.

>>> MX7 has an additional five pay plans within its business model for seven pay plans in total --- hence the "X7" moniker.

>>> MX7 is presently being incorporated in the British Virgin Islands to make us a legally incorporated global entity capable of operating in all 192 countries within which AlertPay presently allows people to open accounts (copies of the incorporation documents will be uploaded to the MX7 website as soon as received and will be available for viewing in the QUESTIONS section).

>>> The Charter Members of MX1-MX3 now become the Charter Members of MX7 and will share in 10% of the gross revenue of the new MX7 subscriptions for the next ten years. Originally this was 5% of gross income for MX1-MX3, but then increased to 10% of the CV (which was around 7% of gross income), but now it's a flat 10% of gross income --- which is a superior deal for all the Charter Members.

>>> On the present 3,000 members of SWA (if we can emulate or surpass this for MX7) each one MX7 Charter Membership share would earn US$90 per month, which is a very good start indeed just 6 weeks into their business.

>>> Monthly retail subscription fee for the new MX7 business is US$30 per month.

>>> MX7 has zero admin fees.

>>> MX7 has zero extra fees and zero hidden charges and nothing above the US$30 per month subscription fee.

>>> MX7 has zero Business Development System (BDS) fees.

>>> All subscribers are given a Business Development System --- consisting of personal URL sub-domains, landing pages, with full back office --- at no extra charge.

>>> Commission payouts are on a WEEKLY basis --- every Friday.

>>> We now have videos on the new website (with more to come).

>>> We will have MX7 webinars from the first week of January --- at different times --- hosted enthusiastically by me.

>>> The MX7 pre-launch commences January 1 and lasts for one full month. During this one month, all previous MX1 members will receive the 'MILLIONIZER' daily program for 31 days at zero cost. This is the free month that I promised to previous MX1 members when that business was placed on hold during September.

>>> The official launch date of MX7 is Monday February 1 with the monthly subscription payment portal opening at 00:00:01 EST that day.

>>> The product range of MX7 --- all for the US$30 per month subscription fee --- is stronger than ever as it contains the daily 'MILLIONIZER' program and the original resources center of MX1 and it also contains the MVP2010 program of MX3 --- and we have other new, exciting, high-value personal empowerment software products being development to be launched as part of the MX7 products range. Existing MX1-MX3 Members Get To Join MX7 First

Existing MX1-MX3 members may join MX7 at no cost for a 10-day period from Jan 21-31 and they will be manually encoded into the matrix under their existing MX1-MX3 sponsors. During this 10 days, once they sign up, existing MX1-MX3 members will receive their sub-domain URL --- www.username.millionairex7.com --- but this will only be activated February 1st along with the MX7 website payment portal activation from February 1st. The existing MX1-MX3 members will receive their "manual sign-up link" via email on Jan 21. These manually encoded members then have the month of February to pay their first-month subscription but they are locked into the database before February 1.

Pre-Encoding Of Previous & Existing MX1-MX3 Members

In an ideal world, all of the previous and existing MX1-MX3 members would re-subscribe to the new MX7 business. However in reality perhaps only half of the previous members will rejoin. Therefore it is not possible for us to pre-encode the previous and existing members as this will result in multiple non-correct matrixes and incomplete payouts in the seven new pay plans for the new subscribers. Therefore, there will be no pre-encoding of the previous and existing MX1-MX3 members.

Instead, all previous and existing members are encouraged to re-subscribe under their original sponsor BETWEEN JAN 21-31. Please note that the entire 'MX Philosophy' is based upon freedom of choice and the materials and programs of MX7 reflect this vital freedom. So if someone does not want to re-subscribe under their existing sponsor there is no way to enforce this. The best solution is for YOU to personally contact the people you originally sponsored into MX1-MX3 and express your wholehearted commitment to help them attain their life's dreams through this life revolutionizing home business. That way, their easy choice is to re-join under YOU.

SPONSORSHIP OF PREVIOUS & EXISTING MX1-MX3 MEMBERS: To repeat this important point, all previous members are encouraged to re-subscribe under their original sponsor. If your original sponsor is not interested to re-join the new MX7 then try your best to contact with their original sponsor.

Special "MX3 Members Re-Fund" Payouts

We have 115 people who have paid to join MX3 during Oct-Nov-Dec. These people will still continue to receive the MVP2010 program each week via email. But I have a unique offer for these people so they earn back their US$87 annual fee that they already paid to the MX3 business which is now incorporated within the new MX7 business.

Extra pay outs for MX3 members will come by way of a special extra pool of 3% of gross income every month which will be shared between these 115 people every month until each of them has earned an extra US$100 each. Once the US$100 per person earnings is reached this pool will cease. We will name this pool the "MX3 Members Re-Fund" as that's what it is.

7 Pay Plans Equals 7 Payouts

The new MX7 business has 7 compensation plans, each with its own unique commission payout model. However all of them average 65% to 70% gross payout which is very fair to the subscribers and also fair to the MX7 corporation. Yes the payouts of MX1 and MX3 have changed, but this is a new business model to drive MX7 to enormous global success. Please keep in mind that MX7, off the top of gross income, must pay these amounts:

>>> 5% of gross for AlertPay deductions.
>>> 10% of gross for the Charter Members pool.
>>> 3% of gross for the 'Royal 7 Power Pool' (Pay Plan #7 of MX7).
>>> 3% of gross for the 'MX3 Members Re-Fund' pool.

So that's over 20% off the top before corporate even sees a dime. Then we have staff and office overheads and business development costs and operational expenses. However please note that I am an extremely generous and non-materialistic person, and corporate greed is not in my nature. So if it turns out that MX7 is as successful as I envision, the subscribers can look forward to a multitude of amazing bonuses, awards and promotions during the ensuing years. Not sure about diamond bumble bees and pink Cadillacs, but certainly all-expenses-paid cruises in some of the world's most desirable seas sounds like the winning ticket to me.

Two Landing Pages

From the February 1 launch date, MX7 will have two landing pages for all subscribers to choose to promote. Subscribers can choose to promote either landing page or both landing pages because all subscribers are given two personal URLs upon joining MX7. The first landing page is the present one which emphasizes the PAY PLANS and the second landing page is the PRODUCTS landing page.

November Promo --- Winner

The winner of the November promo has been determined --- and Christopher Matthews is the fortunate recipient of one Charter Membership share (#075). He will now share in the MX7 income for the next ten years. Congratulations Christopher.

Charter Membership Shares Remaining

There are now just ten shares remaining, with ninety already sold (though not all paid in full yet). These remaining ten unsold shares have the potential for massive incomes. For example, I intend building MX7 huge in India and Malaysia during the next decade in addition to the rest of the world. One Charter Membership share earns US$0.03 per subscriber per month. If our corporate goal of one million happy monthly subscribers is realized, this equals thirty thousand dollars a MONTH per each Charter Membership share --- and is a mammoth US$360,000 a YEAR PER SHARE. So I have decided to hold on to the remaining ten shares until we have heavy hitters interested in purchasing them that fully appreciate the magnitude of just how profitable MX7 and the Charter Membership shares can be. Hence for any person now wishing to avail of an extra share, payment is required in full (no more lengthy installment plans for these ten shares) and the price is US$2,500 per share.

MX7 is the culmination of 8 months thinking and planning and wrong turns and dead-ends and swings and roundabouts with MX1-MX3... and it is divinely inspired, of course. But this is it now --- no more changes --- and full-stream to success.
