This is an updated version of the March 29 newsletter as several key developments have happened since then with the new MX1-MX3-MX7 programs. So please read this newsletter carefully as many minor and major amendments have been made within this message. The main KEY DEVELOPMENT is that we are delaying both the pre-launch and the official launch of all THREE new MX businesses by 8 days.

All of the existing members of MX1-MX3-MX7 can join any or all of these three businesses during the pre-launch period starting on April 8.

April 8 is the start of the PRE-LAUNCH period which lasts for one week and is ONLY for previous members of MX1-MX3-MX7 to subscribe. All new prospects can only join from the OFFICIAL LAUNCH date of all three new MX1-MX3-MX7 programs which is:

Many of our previous MX1-MX3-MX7 members have been asking me to introduce a low-cost one-time-fee matrix feeder program. So here you are ladies and gentlemen with not one but TWO lucrative and easily affordable feeder programs to choose from --- one at USD7 and the other at USD3 only. And both have super empowering, high value products for such tiny one-time fees.

The sole intent of these two new feeder programs is to INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP of MX7 as time goes by. And you will see that both MX1 and MX3 offer such compelling reasons for their members to also join MX7 --- and sooner rather than later too.

Details of the new MX1-MX3-MX7 programs

This section gives a short overview of all three programs. Please note the websites of all three programs will be online later today (April 1) but while the website of MX7 is 100% completed, the websites of MX1 and MX3 will not be fully completed until April 6 as the design staff are on Easter holidays from April 2 to April 5 for four days. On April 6 we will make further amendments to the OPPORTUNITY pages to make the programs sound even more compelling. However all websites will be totally finished well ahead of the April 8 pre-launch date.

Here are the basic details of all three programs:

>>> MX1 --- www.millionairex1.com --- this is a ONE-TIME PAYMENT feeder program for MX7. This is a simple 2x20 forced matrix that costs only USD7 just one time to enter. This matrix has a potential maximum earnings payout of over half a million dollars. While we appreciate this is not feasible for most people, it highlights the awesome possibilities of this program for such a tiny initial fee. Imagine the earnings potential if a member promotes this business month after month and year after year --- because it is a feeder for the far more lucrative MX7 business with its MONTHLY RECURRING EARNINGS. The product of MX1 is a package of 100 MILLIONIZER videos sent via autoresponder email during a 100 day period. ***Please note that we are using the 100 videos that were created last year for MX1 and which feature the “MX1 COPYRIGHT” intros and endings --- so the videos say MX1 and this business is MX1, so that’s perfect. These videos are the identical ones being sent to our members from January 1 to April 7 this year. So in effect we have a new program that recycles these 100 MILLIONIZERS so that more and more people can enjoy them for just USD7 one-time fee.

>>> MX3 --- www.millionairex3.com --- this is also a ONE-TIME PAYMENT feeder program for the far more lucrative MX7 home business. MX3 is a basic 3x10 forced matrix that costs only USD3 just one time to enter. The product is the 90 DAY CHARGE program which is the introductory program to the MVP2010 sent via autoresponder email during a 90 day period. ***Please note that until now this 90 DAY CHARGE program has pretty much lain idle though it has been available for free for those people that knew about it. It is now being revamped and will sell for just USD3 for a program which is massively empowering and lasts a full ninety days.

>>> MX7 --- www.millionairex7.com --- this is our MONTHLY RECURRING PAYMENT Rolls Royce 5x7 forced matrix program with monthly USD30 subscription that members from the new MX1 and MX3 programs can upgrade to after experiencing first hand (at such inexpensive entry fee levels) the high value of the MX products and the substantial income opportunities available with our businesses. Not to mention they will also experience our excellent customer service and communication skills. Plus the ease of using our back office systems. Not to mention the INSTANT PAYOUTS that all three of these businesses will pay. KEY DEVELOPMENT: Commissions will instantly and automatically payout to the member’s back office as soon as commissions are earned. But we shall implement the “COMMISSIONS BY REQUEST” feature in a member’s back office. Instead of commissions being automatically sent to the member’s AlertPay account, because many of our commission amounts are so small, the member is the one who will decide when he or she wants to withdraw their earnings --- this is done with the easy click of one link. So whether they want to withdraw say just two dollars or wait until twenty-two dollars has accumulated or one hundred or more dollars, this is ALWAYS their choice. The reason for doing this is that AlertPay fees on a USD1 transaction are around 30% but only around 5% or less once the amount is more than USD20 or so. ***Please note that from the April 8 pre-launch date of the new MX7, all of the daily MILLIONIZERS feature brand-new never-before-seen videos with the “MX7 COPYRIGHT” intros and endings. The first 100 original “MX1 Copyright” videos now form the MX1 product package and will not be used for MX7.

Join under your original MX1-MX3-MX7 sponsor

When joining all three MX1-MX3-MX7 programs please follow the “HONOR SYSTEM” as far as possible and ensure you join under your original MX1-MX3-MX7 sponsor. If your particular sponsor is not inclined to join any of the new pay plans then still do your best to re-join in the same line of genealogy if at all possible.

Also please try to signup using your previous username. Do not change your username if at all possible and certainly do not take the username of an existing or previous member.

We have transitioned to a newer, larger, more powerful DEDICATED SERVER during this week

We have taken this period of transition to upgrade to a newer, larger capacity, more powerful dedicated server that will host all three of the MX1-MX3-MX7 programs. This was also done because just last week the previous server suffered a cyber-attack from malicious software which infiltrated the operating systems and caused much damage --- though the damage has now been fixed. So, this week, the new MX7 website was down for a few hours while we transitioned to the new server. I hope this didn’t cause too much inconvenience to any of our members.

April 7 is the final day of the MILLIONIZER until members subscribe to the new MX7 program

April 7 is the final day that our existing database of members will receive the MILLIONIZER as part of their previous subscription payments. Those not wanting to miss any of the daily videos must subscribe to the new MX7 from April 8 which is the pre-launch date for our previous MX1-MX3-MX7 members. Though we will still create a MILLIONIZER ARCHIVE in the back office of MX7 for those members that like to view all of our videos.

New MX7 Pay Plan Revealed

Existing members of MX1-MX3-MX7 can join the new MX7 pay plan even before the
official launch on April 7, 2010











The new pay plan of MX7 is a 5X7 FORCED MATRIX with SPILLOVER and INSTANT COMMISSION PAYOUTS which will be officially launched to the public on Thursday April 7, 2010.

However, previous MX1-MX3-MX7 members may join before the official launch date. So watch for an email coming to you during the next few days --- from your existing MX1-MX3-MX7 sponsor or from me or from MX7 admin --- which will enable you to jump the start gun and join the new MX7 pay plan as an early bird.

When re-joining MX7 please follow the “HONOR SYSTEM” and ensure you re-join under your original MX1-MX3-MX7 sponsor as far as possible. If your particular sponsor is not inclined to join the new MX7 pay plan then still do your best to re-join in the same line of genealogy.

The payment portal for non MX1-MX3-MX7 members and prospects will go live at precisely 0:00:01AM APRIL 7, 2010 (EST) so that gives you and your previous sponsors and your previous downlines plenty of time (more than a week) in which to have whatever communications between yourselves that you deem necessary for you to ensure you keep to the original genealogy as far as possible.

***Note: Within the admin back office of the new pay plan I do have the capability to move incorrectly sponsored members within the genealogy after they have signed up to MX7. However, I would rather not do this as commissions will have already been paid out on those new subscriptions. Instead it would be much better if the members were the ones to police themselves to ensure they firstly use their correct original USERNAME when re-joining and secondly they re-join under their correct original SPONSOR.

This new pay plan pays out a whopping USD10 for each subscriber on a member’s first level. This means that any member of MX7 just needs three personally sponsored subscribers on their first level (or they could be there by virtue of spillover) to earn USD30 per month, which is akin to having their monthly subscription for free --- and this income can be earned month after month after month, and year after year after year. So this is one of our new slogans to represent this: GET 3 AND YOU’RE FREE!

At the time of launch there will be no other pay plans for MX7 which means no ‘Royal 7 Power Pool’ and no ‘Fast Start’ or ‘Leadership’ bonuses. Options for these will be discussed with the Charter Members and leaders of MX7 after several months of first seeing exactly how this new pay plan works out in terms of income for the members and profitability for the corporation. Though let it be known that I am generous at heart and I am in full favor of sharing our wealth with our members as much as possible.

Wise words from a Charter Member on the new pay plan

From Mike Gaitan, March 21: This plan makes more sense because, statistically, the average network marketer brings in only 2.5 subscribers and then gives up (They don't see the money or realize that it takes work to succeed); therefore, the turnover of the masses exists mainly in the first and second levels. That is why it is important to have higher payouts at these first two levels [which we do with USD10 and USDS5 paid out on the first two levels].

In addition, since money is a motivator for the masses, a plan that pays more at the top would encourage them to persevere until their organization expands and eventually reaches "critical mass". At that point, they will see the big money (the main motivator), and will, therefore, hang in there for the long haul.

In addition, the longer that subscribers remain students of the MX7 self improvement program, the more their success energy will increase. That will increase the credibility of MX7's success program, proving that it is something everybody needs; thus, attracting more prospects.

In conclusion, the decision as to which plan to choose depends on whether we want to try out another plan to see how it works, or whether we want to consider the thoughts and actions of the masses and, therefore, choose a plan that will appeal to them. That would be the plan that can be a tool for attracting the masses, and could become the catalyst for the long term success of the company.

In the words of Anthony Robbins, "It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped". Thus, the future (or destiny) of MX7 could very well be shaped with this big decision.

New Enhanced MX7 Pay Plan

MX7 has a new enhanced pay plan being launched April 7, 2010

The 2-UP pay plan of MX7 has not proven as popular as hoped for, so before we get too far down the road with this pay plan we have decided that as of March 19 (which is the final day of Month-1 of the 2-UP pay plan) we have discontinued it.



So you may have noticed that your monthly subscription to MX7 via AlertPay has been cancelled effective March 19. Though you will still receive the MILLIONIZER program every day until the new launch day of April 7.



The decision to change the pay plan to a more enticing one was made in conjunction with 25 of the Charter Members and leaders of MX7 who have graciously given streams of suggestions and feedback during the past few days.

At 2AM Sunday March 14

MX7 operates on the Eastern Standard Time zone of North America. This means that for many people not based within USA or Canada the times of our upcoming webinars have changed by one hour from Sunday March 14.

For me, as an example, in the Philippines, the 8PM start times of the webinars was 9AM the following day, but now that is 8AM the following day.

My apologies for the late notice, but I only realized this fact just now.

MX7 Charter Members Earnings Paid

“Charter Members Pool” & “MX3 Re-Fund Pool” earnings paid on March 10 & 11

The “Charter Members Pool” for February 2010 totaled US$1,224 and was paid out in full on March 10 to the 49 Charter Members who between them own all 100 shares. Earnings were US$12.24 per share.

On the following day, March 11, the “MX3 Re-Fund Pool” for February 2010, which totaled USD368, was paid out to the 115 purchasers of the original MVP2010 program. Payouts were US$3.20 per member.

Observations from a concerned Charter Member:

I understand that you do not want to be seen as blackmailing non-active CMs. But even the least active CM understands that if MX7 should fail for any reason whatsoever, it's not only goodbye to their investment, but it's goodbye to all prospect of any future income.

It's in the best interest of ALL CMs that MX7 continues to grow and flourish and obviously the quicker the growth, the Bigger Pot there will be at each month end to share.

I suggest you tell it as it is... acknowledge/recognize that some CMs invested in MX7 purely for the monthly return. Then point out that whilst you respect their reason for remaining inactive, for the next two months you would greatly appreciate their attending at least one webinar per week, thereby adding moral support to your and others efforts to build the business as fast as possible, which after all is in every subscribers, every CMs best interest.

The reason you need them to attend, is because their name shows as an attendee and with newcomers logged in, the more attendee names that appear the better for the inviter and the CMs alike.

I trust my observations help.

All paid subscribers to the original MX7 with its 7 pay plans (some 300+ members) were pre-encoded into the new single pay plan MX7 on February 20.

Please note that these members (those who have not yet paid) only have until March 19 to “upgrade” by paying their March 2010 subscription fee of USD30.

***March 19 is this Friday!

The “upgrade” process is simple indeed:

>>> Go to any MX7 website and click on the MEMBERS AREA icon.

>>> Input your USERNAME.

>>> Input your PASSWORD (changed to “password” temporarily).

>>> Click on the “Upgrade” link in the User Control Panel.

Those members that do not renew their subscription with MX7 by March 19 will be deleted from the system after March 19 and will lose all rights to their position in the genealogy forever.

So we hope you upgrade by March 19 and journey with us to success these next ten years.

MX7 Subscriptions To Be Paid By March 19 Latest

Many of our MX7 members have not yet “Upgraded” by making their new subscription
… March 19 is the FINAL date to pay!

All paid subscribers to the original MX7 with its 7 pay plans (some 300+ members) were encoded into the new single pay plan MX7 on February 20.

Please note that these members only have until March 19 to “upgrade” by paying their March 2010 subscription fee of USD30.

The sooner these members “upgrade” by paying their monthly subscription, the sooner any commissions will be paid out to them.

When we have our MX7 webinars, I believe that every Charter Member should be on at least 2 webinars per month whether they are in the business or not and still tell people about MX7 because they have so much to gain, that way they can give their input. The way I look at it, MX7 is just as much my company as every Charter Member and if you believe in the company and what it stands for then we all need to build it just like it's our own and not just sit on the side line and wait for someone else to build it. Because the faster we build it the more money we all make.

I believe it would help build your reputation and spread knowledge of your works, especially in North America, if once a week you conducted a one hour empowering Q&A motivational coaching webinar.

Having met Patrick Combs at Wealth Masters San Diego conference a couple of years ago, myself and others paid him US$225.00 for 12 months coaching.

Once a month Patrick conducted a one hour conference call, which often lasted ninety minutes. He opened with an inspired story, usually about himself or somebody very famous, then he suggested we email our questions, which he then talked about in turn... Questions such as, I'm fat lazy and tired all the time. How do I motivate myself to get started each morning?

I'm not sure about the other three weeks each month, but I seem to remember he sent a weekly email with a link to a 15 minute recorded message.

Upon reflection it was not a super deal, but at the time I looked forward to the monthly Q&A call, so I did not feel short changed.

 The period for earning from MX7 is almost ten years from March 2010 to December 2019.

 MX7 Charter Memberships are fully transferrable and inheritable.

 Payment of earnings for the Charter Membership shares is on the 15th day of the following month --- every month for almost ten years.

earnings potential for MX7:


“Monthly members” for MX7 includes all new subscribers and all re-subscribers --- the 10% pot is on MX7 Gross Subscription Income. This is the $30 subscription and $30 re-subscription per month per member.

 1,000 monthly members x $30 = $30,000 x 10%
x one share = $30 per month = $360 per year.

 10,000 monthly members x $30 = $300,000 x 10%
x one share = $300 per month = $3,600 per year.

 100,000 monthly members x $30 = $3,000,000 x 10%
x one share = $3,000 per month = $36,000 per year.

Remember that MX7 is a MONTHLY business, so you can earn this income month after month after month for almost ten years. And for those of you that do not yet know the depth of my conviction, here is my own goal for MX7 by the year 2020: MillionaireX7 is a global phenomenon with one million happy subscribers every month!

Royal 7 Power Pool
Commissions Paid

The seventh pay plan of the old MX7 with its seven pay plans was the Royal 7 Power Pool. This pool accumulated USD310.50 from Feb 1-19 which was for 345 subscriptions x USD30 x 3% = USD310.50 which was shared by 18 members for a payout of USD17.25 per share. This was paid in full on March 1 to the 18 members that qualified.

This pay plan, along with all the other pay plans of the old MX7 with its seven pay plans ceased to exist on Feb 20 upon the launch of the new single pay plan MX7.

All that remains to be paid now from the February revenue is USD1,224 (10% of gross subscription income) for the Charter Membership Pool and USD367.20 (3% of gross subscription revenue) for the MX3 Re-Fund Pool. Both these pools will be paid in full by March 15.
